Caesars Entertainment is a household name in the casino industry of the US as it has a spot on the Strip. SL Green is another name that needs to be considered ad both have partnered to leave their mark on New York. The latter is looking to make a boutique casino at the heart of New York. Both partners have taken on the third one in the form of Roc Nation.
The company is headed by NY heavyweight Jay Z who’s a legend in his own right. As a NY dweller, he’s looking to do all he can to improve NY. The partners have argued that their project will bring billions in revenue tax to NY and it’s going to create an influx of job positions that the community can fill.
There’s no doubt about the fact that the casino will be glamorous, but certain hurdles need to be dealt with. The casino may spark a larger outbreak of crime and may cause other kinds of issues like the reshaping of Broadway as it will be located in its vicinity.
