Murder at Hard Rock Tahoe
Nevada is a state that usually casino fans associate with Vegas. But there are lots of casinos all across the state. You can take the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino as an example as it’s located near lake Tahoe. Usually, casino fans are attracted to casinos, but things can sometimes get out of control.
The same Hard Rock Hotel and Casino near Tahoe Lake was the location of the incident. It’s speculated that after a heated argument, a man was shot and fatally wounded. The 2 people responsible for the shooting were caught and jailed, and the police are looking into the matter.
One Man Dead, Two Arrested
As mentioned before, casino fans are the ones that circulate around casino tables which is why the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino has a lot of them each day and night. Some are looking for the casino experience, and others are looking to land a prize or two.
But sometimes things can go out of hand. It just so happened that a couple in their 20s was attending the casino at one of the tables. Omar Garcia, another man was near them and he didn’t know that that day would be his last one.
It’s unclear what caused the argument and later the incident. It’s possible that someone won something or did something that incites jealousy or rather tempers in the young couple. It didn’t take long for things to go out of hand and Omari Garcia was shot on the casino floor.
The couple, Edgar Delgado and Racquel Tautaupale were arrested at gunpoint and were put in jail. Omari Garcia didn’t make it. The police are conducting an investigation as to the reasons why Garcia was shot and what led to the incident.
