Neymar Loses €1 Million While Playing Online Poker

Football is arguably one of the most popular sports in the world. It has had many icons and many more are in the making. They enjoy all sorts of things off-season and some like playing casino games.

The Brazilian star Neymar is known for his performance on the pitch. However, he recently suffered an injury and is recovering. During his time off, he decided to play some poker online and stream his gaming session. He lost €1 million and he started crying which quickly turned into a smile.

The Brazilian Football Player Lost the Sum in an Hour

Football players have been known for their extravagant lifestyles. When they’re not training for the next match, or have happened to get some time off because of an injury, they tend to do all sorts of things to keep themselves entertained. Some would continue training in some ways, others would go clubbing, and some would play casino games.

Neymar happens to be one of those football players that enjoy playing casino games. Unfortunately, he suffered from an ankle injury and was forced to take some time off. He likes being in the spotlight and fans enjoyed seeing him which is why he decided on streaming a gaming session.

Neymar decided on playing casino games online and went for poker. The thing about poker is that it’s more of a game of skill than that of luck. Some experience is necessary to last the rounds. In the hour that followed Neymar showed that he was lacking that experience. In other words, he lost €1,000,000 in just 60 minutes. Like any other poker player, he wasn’t happy about the situation and he started crying.

But it didn’t take too long for the crying to turn into smiles. Neymar found something funny about his misfortune. Other players might rage for hours after such a loss, which goes to show that he has a professional streak and with some poker training he might even win the money back. Either way, by streaming himself playing online poker he remained in the spotlight.

Conclusion

Neymar is the kind of football player you don’t want to meet on the pitch. Due to a recent injury, he was forced to take some time off and stream himself playing online poker. The stream went on for 60 minutes during which he managed to lose €1 million. He cried a bit but then laughed it off.
